Pianobars have been a staple of the bar and restaurant industry since before the days of the speakeasy. The industry has changed with the times, but the concept is unchanged- a piano player, singing and interacting with their audience. 

This concept is one of the world's most recognisable and flexible types of entertainment.

During the 1990's, the pianobar industry exploded worldwide, and particularly in the Norwegian market. 

Although Tanner Entertainment AS was established in Trondheim Norway in 2012, our founder, Tammy Tanner has specialised in pianoentertainment since 1998.

Tammy Tanner, also known as Tammy T. became one of the original ground breakers to be imported into Norway to entertain the Norwegian crowds that gathered in their local pianobars.

She has performed in Norway from Tromsø to Kristiansand and nearly everywhere in-between since 1989.

Tammy T. has also performed in all corners of the world, bringing her sassy sense of humour and competent musicality.

In 2016 Tammy T. received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Ticklers Piano Convention in New Orleans, Louisiana.

After the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, Tanner Entertainment has refocused on virtual entertainment while the world patiently waits to be able to return to in-person, live performances.
